EOT Advisors is the first EOT advisory firm in the United States. We provide a one-stop shop for EOT advisory services, including transaction structure, tax planning, valuation, debt financing, capital raising, and fiduciary services. Our expertise not only facilitates the sale of companies to EOTs but also supports their ongoing success and governance. Through our affiliate law firm, EOT Law, we are able to provide the legal services required for an EOT transaction. We also advise and assist on other forms of employee ownership, including Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), employee-owned cooperatives, and broad-based equity compensation, in addition to broad-based profit and gain sharing.
